KeriAnn DiBari
KeriAnn DiBari is currently a member of The Little Orchestra Society, Orchestra Long Island, The Greenwich Symphony, and The Erie Philharmonic. She has performed as principal clarinetist and as a member of the clarinet/saxophone section in many orchestras including the New Jersey Symphony, Brooklyn Philharmonic, New York Choral Society, New York Virtuosi, American Symphony and The Glimmerglass Festival Orchestra.
She has performed with Matchbox 20, the Moody Blues, Joni Mitchell, Michael Feinstein, Crystal Gale, Mandy Patinkin, Peter, Paul and Mary, and the Manhattan Transfer.
Ms. DiBari has won numerous competitions and performed as soloist in concertos by Creston, Etler, Mozart and Weber. She has performed solo works of Debussy and Poulenc on New York’s WQXR radio and chamber music at Weill Recital Hall.
She can be heard on many television commercials and on movie soundtracks including Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Pocahontas, Hercules, and The Presidents (PBS). Her performances on Broadway include Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, A Christmas Carol, Ragtime, and Crazy For You. She is heard on the original Broadway cast album of Beauty and the Beast, and on albums by Cy Coleman and the Gotham Wind Symphony.
She has spent summers performing in Aspen, the Grand Tetons and Altenburg, Germany. Ms. DiBari was a student of Burt Hara, Bil Jackson, Ed Joffe, John Moses, Les Scott, Peter Simenauer and David Weber.
She has a successful private studio, including her studio at Montclair State University, in which her students have gone on to win many competitions, earned All-State spots and attended prestigious undergrad and graduate music programs.
